THE COMMITTEE
This Committee is responsible for researching the feasibility of
securing an alumni center for this Chapter; shall monitor the operation
of the center; supervise the maintenance of the Alumni Center; and shall
make periodic reports to the Executive Board to include recommendations
for improvements to the Alumni Center.

Alumni Center Benefits
- Specific location in which to hold chapter meetings
- Specific location in which to host specials events and alleviate the need of rental
Expense. Special Events include but not limited to
- Scholarship gala
- Student recruitment activities
- Meet-the-Coach/team activities
- Christmas gathering
- Potential satellite campus for SC State and other colleges or universities
- Host community out-reach functions such as after-school tutoring
- Increase Chapter's visibility in the community
- Potential income-producer by renting to other organizations
The goal was to receive pledges over a two (2) year period beginning January 01, 2005. Pledges continue to arrive. Please continue to give to this cause.
