State University's vice president for institutional advancement and as director of its career center, was appointed to the school's Board of Trustees on Monday. "Dr. Epps has a stellar record of success in the corporate sphere, having overseen the development of an array of products for Kraft and General Foods, and I have every reason to believe he'll bring the same insight and eye for efficiency to South Carolina State's Board of Trustees," said Gov.
